Nectar Eater is about the best of plant-based vegan foods with no compromises on texture, beauty or taste.

No funky off-flavors, no dense or sandy textures. Our most common comment: “I can’t believe this is vegan!”

Nectar Eater only uses Fair and Direct trade Chocolate.  We also use Organic, Pesticide free and locally grown products wherever possible.

Nectar Eater is the brain child of Tassie local Kit Donnelly who is a self-taught chocolatier, chocolate-maker and cake decorator. 

There can be good, and where I cannot find it I will create it.
