Nectar Eater Receipt Sync — Terms and EULA

Purpose and operator. Nectar Eater Receipt Sync (“the App”) is a private internal automation operated by Nectar Eater. It processes business receipts and invoices, matches them to existing transactions in Nectar Eater’s QuickBooks Online account, and attaches supporting documents. It is not offered to customers or other third parties.
Permitted use. Nectar Eater grants its authorised personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for Nectar Eater’s internal business purposes. Users must have permission to access the relevant documents and QuickBooks account and must comply with applicable laws and service-provider terms.
QuickBooks connection. An authorised administrator must approve the App’s connection to QuickBooks Online. The App may read accounting records and upload supporting attachments within its authorised permissions. Its intended function does not include creating or changing transaction amounts, paying invoices, or moving money.
User responsibilities. Users must protect access credentials, provide appropriate business documents, and review matches and attachments for accuracy. Automated matching may make mistakes. The App does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Availability and liability. The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free matching. To the extent permitted by law, Nectar Eater excludes warranties and liability arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including under applicable Australian consumer law.
Access and termination. Nectar Eater may suspend, modify, or discontinue the App or revoke a user’s access. An authorised administrator may disconnect the App from QuickBooks Online. Disconnection stops future authorised access but does not automatically remove existing attachments or business records.
Privacy and third-party services. Personal information is handled as described in the Nectar Eater Receipt Sync Privacy Policy. Google and Intuit services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The App is operated by Nectar Eater and is not endorsed by Intuit.
Changes and contact. Nectar Eater may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. For support or questions, contact Nectar Eater and identify your enquiry as relating to Receipt Sync.
